Over the course of his career, he has worked with major financial institutions including Banca Commerciale Italiana (currently Banca Intesa Group), Lazard, as well as various independent wealth management and investment boutiques.
His experience covers corporate finance, structured finance, mergers & acquisitions, recapitalization and restructuring transactions, private equity and alternative investments, and governance and institutional negotiations.
Over the last decade, he has focused primarily on strategic infrastructure, regulated technology environments and complex buy & build situations requiring active governance and restructuring capabilities.
Marco Ricci — Senior Advisor
Marco Ricci brings approximately 36 years of professional experience combining auditing, strategic consulting and senior operational management within large banking groups such as Capitalia and Unicredit, both in Italy and in western Europe.
He started his career with Arthur Andersen, developing extensive expertise in auditing, financial controls and corporate processes. He subsequently joined Bain & Company, advising corporate and financial institutions on strategy, organization and operational efficiency.
His experience combines strategic advisory capabilities with direct operational management exposure within highly regulated financial institutions and complex corporate organizations.
